🌅 One morning, I finished my fieldwork early and didn't want to go into the store just yet. I turned a corner and unexpectedly found this super Hong Kong-style breakfast shop — "Hong Kong Uncle's Breakfast Shop"! Just the name itself is enticing, right? 😆🇭🇰

This instantly took me back to my breakfast in Hong Kong last year! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, the char siu is savory with a hint of sweetness, so delicious that I almost asked the owner if they imported it from Hong Kong!

🥬 Vegetable Egg Pancake 35 TWD
The pancake is thick and sticky, with fresh vegetables that aren't greasy — just the kind of texture I love! 💚

☕️ Ceylon Black Tea 17 TWD
Smooth and not astringent, it pairs perfectly with the meal, and wow, this price is really affordable!

🍍 Unfortunately, they had sold out of pineapple buns that day (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`), so next time, I must come earlier to try it!!
