The tofu should be egg tofu. It is thinly sliced and is delicious as a garnish, but I think the amount of tofu is too small. The yolk of the soft-boiled egg is perfectly cooked and is average to above average.
The cabbage has garlic added, so it doesn't taste like ordinary boiled cabbage. It tastes quite good and sometimes even salty. However, I ate cabbage today (the first time I ate it). Although there was no strange taste, I didn't like the texture so much.
