This is definitely the best healthy meal box I have ever eaten in Taipei.

You can customize the menu, such as adding vegetables, no rice, etc. If you don’t want to eat, you can replace it with sweet potatoes (there is 1 piece originally, but there will be 2 more pieces). You can even make a note that you don’t want more ingredients, for example, I don’t like tomatoes. and okra, so I make a note every time (but the clerk forgot to remove the cherry tomatoes today)

The contents of the lunch box include: quinoa rice, staple food, sweet potatoes, tofu/king oyster mushrooms, small tomatoes, half a soft-boiled egg, cabbage, green vegetables (water lily, cauliflower, zucchini, okra, asparagus) vegetables, green beans)

There are many choices for staple food. I have eaten steamed and grilled original chicken breasts, grilled boneless chicken thighs without oil, grilled mustard Azusa Matsusaka pork, and steamed sea bass. Everything is delicious. I have not been disappointed yet. Even chicken breasts can be cooked. It has to taste better than other places

If you choose to go without rice, you can exchange for 2 more pieces, but since I’m not too hungry today, I asked the clerk not to give me 2 more pieces of sweet potatoes; the sweet potatoes are quite soft, but they still taste good, which is pretty good.
The tofu should be egg tofu. It is thinly sliced ​​and is delicious as a garnish, but I think the amount of tofu is too small. The yolk of the soft-boiled egg is perfectly cooked and is average to above average.
The cabbage has garlic added, so it doesn't taste like ordinary boiled cabbage. It tastes quite good and sometimes even salty. However, I ate cabbage today (the first time I ate it). Although there was no strange taste, I didn't like the texture so much.
Today’s green vegetable is asparagus, topped with sesame sauce. It’s fragrant, delicious and appetizing.
All in all, there is no ingredient that is not delicious, and few healthy meal boxes can do this.

【Foodholic乃子@台北】 這是我近幾年遇到最好吃的健康餐盒了!!!! ps 另一家我覺得也很不錯的健康餐盒是在台北車站附近的「野飯甜蒸烤餐盒」,也推薦大家可吃吃看~ 「金沐子健康餐盒」位於雙連站附近,從2號出口走路約2分鐘,藏身在馬偕醫院旁的一條小巷子裡,地點非常隱密,若不是看著地圖尋找,平常應該不會經過這裡 整體裝潢色調是木頭色及白色,外觀看起來比一般的便當店或自助餐店看起來明亮乾淨,有規劃一區內用座位,想內用也很方便 這家健康餐盒有點結合自助餐和夏威夷碗(poke)的形式,點菜方式是先選擇基底(紫米飯、生菜、烏龍麵;可選擇各半)、再選配料、蛋白質、佐料,生菜基底可另外再選醬汁 配料除了poke常見的冷食,也有許多熱菜(例如烤蔬菜),而且選擇超級超級多,就算每週都來吃也不會膩;蛋白質主菜的部分就更像一般便當或自助餐了,有雞腿、雞胸、鯖魚、鮭魚、牛腱等等 我今天蛋白質主菜選擇照燒無骨烤雞腿$150 真的是一整塊雞腿排耶,沒有切,照燒味已經跟雞皮融合在一起,夠味又Q彈! 雞腿肉質也保持水分和彈性,不會乾柴,很好吃! 配料我選擇了毛豆、花椰菜、海帶絲、櫛瓜,每一樣都很好吃,調味清爽、烹調方式不油膩,卻不會像在吃草,相當優秀! 其中大力推薦櫛瓜,切得蠻厚的,水分好好鎖住,也完全不帶苦味(有些沒處理好的會苦,這家完全不會) 配料還有很多遺珠之憾,例如玉子燒、豆干、水蓮,看起來都很讚,下次要吃吃看! 基底我選擇單純紫米飯,飯量說真的偏少,但是我個人覺得整個便當吃下來很剛好,因為主菜和配料的量都夠多,減少吃澱粉很健康! 佐料我選擇海苔絲,但其實比較像海苔酥,配著飯吃有畫龍點睛的效果,另外也有香鬆、紫洋蔥和很台式辣蘿蔔可以選 吃完的感想就是好吃又健康的便當真的可遇不可求,這家絕對是存下來,一訪再訪!

照片上是雞胸肉菲力餐盒130元 不誇張真的是我吃過最好吃的健康餐盒 通常健康餐盒的配菜都固定 不能選菜 這家一堆配菜可以選 涼的 熱炒都有 配菜可以自選四種 基底可以紫米飯/生菜/烏龍麵3選1 而且配菜的量竟然比紫米飯還多很多 主餐豬牛雞魚都有 份量也是蠻多的 結帳可以用Line pay 最大的問題是要排隊 尤其是吃飯時間真的要排很長 加上選擇很多 遇到前面有選擇障礙的客人真的會排很久 要是不用排隊我可以天天來吃
