This time I came to Tainan to visit Liu Ying,
a newly opened cafe in September 2025.
The style is very artistic and cute,
and the owner speaks very gently.

★ Review:
I ordered the chestnut cake, and you can see whole pieces of chestnut.
It’s not too sweet, and they make the pound cake really well.
The outside is crispy while the inside is soft; you can see the crispy layer on the outside, and the filling is not too sweet, allowing you to taste the chestnut puree.

Paired with honey butter cold brew,
which uses Australian honey.

The cold brew has a taste that is neither too sour nor too bitter,
and pairs perfectly with the honey butter.

This is a place that will make you want to visit again.
