This is a Hong Kong-style roast meat shop, but besides the usual roast meat items, this place also offers fresh egg noodle soups and rice noodle soups, which is quite special.
This time I ordered the char siu rice noodle soup. The broth is just an ordinary clear soup, and the rice noodles are slightly thicker, giving them a bit of chewiness. As for the char siu, it doesn’t have much flavor and feels a bit dry.
