This noodle restaurant is located in Jiufen Old Street. As soon as we stepped in, the proprietress greeted us in Japanese. After we sat down to eat, we realized that the entire restaurant was filled with foreign customers except us.
Because I wasn’t too hungry, but if I didn’t have dinner, I was worried that I would be hungry at night, so I went to the store to eat something first, because all the businesses in Jiufen Old Street closed around eight or nine o’clock.
Mustard Pork Noodles $90 The noodles are cooked on the hard side, and I like to eat hard noodles without being too hard. So I am very satisfied with the softness and hardness, and I think the soup is very good.
Kimchi is $40. Taiwanese kimchi is a bit sour and goes well with rice. I originally wanted to order it with white rice, but unfortunately the rice was sold out when I got there too late.
After taking a look, most people seem to order beef noodles, and this restaurant seems to be more famous for its beef noodles.
