The meat swallow is quite special. It's a bit like meat soup, but it doesn't add Taibai powder to thicken it. You can try it, it’s really good when eaten with braised pork rice.

Oyster omelette in mainland China is actually a bit different from Taiwan’s
Taiwan prefers to use Taibai powder to thicken the soup.

It tastes good, but personally I’m still used to Taiwanese-style oyster omelette!

They are all dishes worth trying!

There are several photos of Quanzhou scenery hanging on the wall, including the East-West Tower and Tianhou Temple (the non-spicy kind...) To be honest, the scenery of Quanzhou is really similar to the scenery of Tainan, hahaha
