This is my first time trying a high-end dessert shop. As soon as I entered the store, I felt that the space design was really beautiful, and the service was excellent. I ordered a special collaboration set with Xingbo Coffee.
The chocolate checkerboard cake was very moist and practically melted in my mouth. The chocolate on top wasn't overly sweet and had a smooth texture, reminiscent of IKEA's hazelnut chocolate.
The coffee mille-feuille had distinct layers but was still smooth, making the cake layers almost imperceptible. The top layer had a strong coffee flavor.
The osmanthus latte was fragrant with osmanthus in every sip. The floral aroma hit first, followed by a slight bitterness from the coffee. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant.
The French caramel black tea had a slight caramel aroma when sipped, but it wasn’t sweet at all; it was unsweetened.
There’s a special offer for birthday celebrants this month; the set is only 365 TWD. You can choose a cake under 290 TWD and a drink under 160 TWD.
Overall, it feels like a place to try something new, although the prices are a bit high.
