I absolutely love maze soba! ❤️🍜

I went to a restaurant where I could eat Jiro-style maze soba. 🍜

The seating was just a counter, and you ordered using a ticket system. 🎫

On the table, there were items for flavor adjustments:
black pepper 🔥, kombu vinegar, shichimi (seven-spice mix) 🔥, maze soba sauce 🍜, chili oil 🔥, and flower pepper. ✨

Maze soba 🍜 cost 1050 yen, with a noodle quantity of 200g (medium), extra vegetables 🥬, regular amount of oil 🐷, and a small amount of garlic 🧄.

I was also happy to get free kimchi as a bonus. 🔥

When my maze soba arrived, it was piled high with noodles 🍜, bean sprouts, chashu (braised pork) 🐷, egg yolk 🥚, black pepper 🔥, oil 🐷, and garlic 🧄, giving it a strong punch! 🤛

I took some pictures 🤳 and broke the egg yolk to mix everything together. 🍜 The thick noodles were chewy and delicious when coated in the soy sauce. The richness of the egg yolk and sauce mixed well with the crunchy bean sprouts, making it really tasty! 🥬 There was a generous amount of vegetables, so it felt less indulgent. ✨ I thought the garlic and oil were just right for my taste. 🧄🐷 The chashu was thickly sliced yet very tender and delicious! 🐷

The kimchi had just the right level of spiciness and was tasty both on its own and with the noodles. 🔥

I also ordered a rice with extra fish powder 🍚🐟 for 80 yen. There was plenty of fish powder on the rice 🍚🐟, and it went perfectly with the rich soup, making it delicious! ✨

It’s a restaurant that's easy to enter alone, and I’m curious about their other menu items, so I want to go again! ✨
