Today we ordered the Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea double pot.
Seafood: clams, bass, scallops, shrimp paste.
Meat: sirloin *2, beef shoulder, young lamb.
One dish plate can be exchanged for meat (choose beef shoulder).

Today's seat is in B1.
Once seated, there was a plain soup base and a dish plate on the table.
We chose the milk pot and spicy hot pot for the soup bases, both were quite good! (Extra charge required).
The self-serve bar has many drink and ice options (there's an amazing weird ice cream 😍).
The sauce station is clearly marked, with pickled vegetables and boiled eggs available for self-service.
The speed of serving dishes is quite fast, and the seafood platter includes rice wine and shredded ginger for the soup base.
The seafood is very fresh, and the meat quality is quite good! 👍🏻
The side dishes include braised pork rice and udon noodles, and the braised pork rice is delicious, so you should order it!

There happened to be a birthday in March, so we could enter a lucky draw—the grand prize is a discount of 500 yuan. We won a portion of scallops, which we could redeem immediately—quite nice!

The service was very good. The meat and seafood came, but the soup base hadn’t arrived yet. Just as we were about to raise this concern, they asked about the progress! Midway through the meal, they came to ask if we wanted slushies, coffee, or other drinks. We chose a winter melon lemon slushie—it was delicious! Because the ice products on the lower floor are different from the first floor, the waitress even offered to go get some for us if we needed it!
The service was great, and there was no 10% service charge!!!

We felt very full and satisfied! Next time we would want to return to try the plain soup base. 😆
