Located in Pingtung, "Xinyuan Shantou Hot Pot" is undoubtedly a very popular hot pot restaurant in the area, frequently recommended by well-known influencer She Wan. My former colleague also recommended this place! So, I decided to give it a try. The highlight of this hot pot restaurant is its hand-sliced beef, which is fresh with a uniform distribution of marbling, tender, and juicy. Paired with their specially made satay sauce, the flavor is definitely enhanced. Besides that, their beef balls are also quite chewy, and with every bite, you can taste the freshness of the beef and the delightful texture, leaving you wanting more. The broth becomes increasingly fragrant and sweet. Overall, I was very satisfied with the beef hot pot, especially coupled with that unique sauce, which made the whole dining experience richer.

However, due to the restaurant's great business, the interior can often be a bit chaotic; seating arrangements and service may not be very smooth, which slightly affected the dining experience. But even so, the deliciousness of the hot pot is enough to make up for these minor shortcomings. In summary, whether it’s the broth, meat quality, or the special satay sauce, this restaurant is truly memorable and definitely worth a try!
