🥖Foodie P胖胖🥖 Eat and drink in Taichung🍰🍹

Thanks to Fooday for providing a platform that allows me to eat while earning money🤣🤣

"Pinzhuang Noodle House" is an affordable noodle restaurant located on Beiping Road in the North District. I occasionally come here for dinner during the week, but there often seems to be a queue and the place is frequently full, indicating it’s quite a popular noodle shop!
The restaurant has a simple and unadorned interior, hidden within an ordinary building, relying solely on its culinary "power" to satisfy food enthusiasts!
Today, fortunately, there weren’t too many people when I visited, and I found a seat available for dining in. After ordering, I waited for my delicious meal while scrolling through my phone～

🔸️ Yangchun Dry Noodles $50 A simple bowl of noodles, but the meat sauce on top is anything but simple! As soon as the noodles hit the table, the aroma of the meat sauce comes right at you, filling the air with fragrance~ My appetite instantly increases! The meat sauce is mainly made with lean meat, and on top of the sauce, there’s an extra spoonful of sauce drizzled over it, which has a salty and sweet flavor, making it quite rich!

The restaurant uses regular flat white noodles, and after gently stirring them evenly, I quickly take a bite while it's still hot. The braised sauce completely clings to the noodles, very salty and flavorful! The meat sauce melts in your mouth and is cooked until very tender! Overall, the noodles have a moist and soft texture; they were cooked a bit softer today, but still have a bit of chew. Overall, it's delicious! I recommend friends who come here to give it a try!

🔸️ Meatball Soup $40 The soup contains three meatballs, and the broth looks oily and shiny, seemingly enhanced with some sesame oil! The soup tastes very sweet and isn't as greasy as I expected; there's a slightly sweet aftertaste. Not bad! The meatballs have a chewy texture, not mushy, which I like! They taste fresh and juicy with a firm bite, quite good! Overall, the restaurant's prices are a bit high, but the ingredients and dishes are delicious. I recommend friends passing by to come and try it out! 🤗

Utensil and Sauce Area The shop maintains a very clean environment, and the utensils are sterilized regularly using a dish dryer, allowing customers to dine with peace of mind!

Recommended fresh chili soy sauce from the sauce area - it enhances the flavor with a savory taste, and it's delicious whether mixed with noodles, rice, or used as a dip for dumplings.
