The interior space has a Japanese wooden style with warm lighting. There are some food models at the entrance for reference. The set meal includes miso soup and side dishes, along with Koshihikari rice. Soup, side dishes, and shredded cabbage, as well as Koshihikari rice, can be refilled for free. The rice can be chosen between white rice or black rice.

Classic Aged Pork Loin (small) $310, Fried Vegetable Meat Skewers $100 (members can add for 30 NT dollars), plus a 10% service charge.

🍴About the dishes☕
The main meat is sliced into about six small pieces, with shredded cabbage and sliced lemon on the side, along with a grinding bowl containing sesame seeds, which can be ground and added to the sauce for an authentic Japanese tonkatsu experience. The golden crispy skin reveals tender and chewy pork inside. Eating shredded cabbage before the pork can help control oil absorption and reduce greasiness. The side dishes of kelp sprouts and radish slices also help cleanse the palate; the miso soup with some chicken is very tasty. Koshihikari rice truly lives up to its title as the king of rice; I accidentally ordered four bowls.

It's been a long time since I had delicious Japanese fried pork cutlet, as I usually don't like fried food, but this place feels quite authentic to Japanese style. Paired with shredded cabbage and lemon, it doesn’t feel as greasy; I would definitely come back if given the chance.
