This is a café located on the 17th floor of the Abeno Harukas building.
It was crowded due to the holiday and had a 90-minute time limit.
Although there were many people coming and going, there were always quite a few customers. The seating with power outlets was relatively easy to find, as many of the seats were for one person.
The fact that you could choose from different tea leaves was a high point.
It might be less crowded on weekdays, but be prepared for quite a crowd on weekends.
