The "Yafa Seafood Shop" in Houbihu offers incredible sashimi that I previously tried while touring the island. This time, I came for their sashimi, and it’s only 5 NT dollars per piece—yes, you read that right, just 5 NT dollars! The best part is that each slice is thick and generous, making it a superb experience!

✔ Sashimi – Each piece is only 5 NT dollars, an outstanding value with exceptional freshness. It’s nothing like typical cheap sashimi that’s thin; here, they serve it generously sliced, smooth, and sweet, which is incredibly satisfying to eat.

Lobster Miso Soup – The broth is rich and delicious, capturing the essence of the lobster. The soup made from simmering the lobster head is very sweet, paired with the salty aroma of miso, and I couldn't finish it all, so I took some home to enjoy later.

Vermicelli Lobster Hot Pot – The lobster meat is used to cook the vermicelli, and every bite of the vermicelli is soaked with essence, super flavorful. The lobster meat is firm; it easily separates with a gentle push, and the freshness is impeccable.
