I really think the layout here is so thoughtfully done, creating a very special atmosphere. It's not particularly eye-catching on this street, but once you step inside, it's like another world, especially the bar on the second floor—definitely need to experience it next time!
This time, we dined on the first floor (downstairs), where there aren’t many seats. There are window-side seats and regular tables, accommodating about 10 people, I guess. It’s a self-service ordering system; you have to pay at the counter beside you before the food is served. Initially, I thought I’d just eat casually, but the menu was quite tempting... Everything looked very appetizing and delicious. In the end, my friend and I each ordered a main dish and two snacks to share. The price and portion sizes are really friendly and affordable.👍🏻
𓌉𓇋 Singapore Laksa Noodles $190
(Choice of crispy noodles/fine rice noodles/Vietnamese rice noodles)
· Highly recommend the crispy noodles, which absorb the broth after being fried💥 The broth is rich and full of Southeast Asian exotic flavors. It also contains prawns, and the restaurant thoughtfully provided a small dish for the shrimp shells.
𓌉𓇋 Double Egg Thai Basil Pork Rice $170
· After eating the Laksa noodles, this dish feels slightly less impressive, but the highlight is the double egg on the rice🥚 The egg yolk, cooked to about 70% doneness, will still flow out when broken with chopsticks. My friend mentioned: If you usually eat spicy food, you might be a bit disappointed, but surprisingly, the starfruit on top is a great match!
𓌉𓇋 Double Egg Signature Thai Fish Cake $90
· A must-order dish, seemingly ordinary at first glance but surprisingly flavorful (in a complimentary sense) when bitten into. The lemongrass flavor is so intense and rich, and its texture is just addictively pleasing—not too chewy, not too soft, just right in the middle. Three pieces per serving aren’t really enough😭 As expected of handmade, it’s different!
𓌉𓇋 Thai Seafood Salad $140
· Looks the most stunning from appearance, but is actually quite ordinary. However, considering the price, it’s very generous! The restaurant pairs it with a variety of fruits and seafood, but the sauce seems to be missing a certain flavor (not sure what, but every taste is faint).
