I didn’t drink any drinks but only ate curry rice at the tea shop because I didn’t know what to eat near the company. I saw curry rice being sold and went in to eat it. The conclusion was: Curry rice should be eaten at a place that sells curry rice. Will not step on thunder
This store is located near Ximen Station, about a 6-minute walk away. The number of seats in the store is not very large, and it fills up immediately at noon on weekdays. It seems that most of the customers are aunties.
After ordering the meal, I waited for a very long time to get it (I only ordered the most basic curry rice), it should have been 20 minutes... While my stomach was growling with hunger, I thought to myself, "Isn't it just pouring curry sauce on the rice?" Serve it? Is the curry freshly cooked?"
Moreover, the aunt who ordered the meal later than me actually got the meal before me. This is a big taboo of mine.
Simple curry (chicken) $130
The plate used makes it difficult to eat curry properly. It is difficult to pick up the curry paste. I don’t understand why I chose this plate.
The portion is very small, there is very little rice, sauce or ingredients, and it tastes very ordinary. After eating it, I just thought why did I wait so long. The curry sauce is very thin, just boil it with curry cubes. The taste, the cauliflower is just boiled, the potato chunks have a weird taste, and the chicken slices don't taste that good either.
Overall, my impression after eating it was that it was neither delicious nor full. It was not worth the wait and the price. If it was sold for less than $80, it could still be enough. If it was sold for $130, thank you very much for helping everyone avoid lightning.
I originally wanted to give Fooday my first one star in four months of using it, but thinking about it calmly, they are just a beverage store after all, and I have never drunk their beverages. This is a bit too arbitrary.
As for the curry rice, you really don’t need to eat it, but as for the drinks, I might give it a chance to drink it later.
