A great restaurant, I didn’t expect there to be a place like this in Hualien.

As soon as you enter the venue, you will feel a slow surprise. After the automatic door opens, there is a suspension bridge-style pedal falling down, like crossing a moat before entering a castle.

The ingredients here fully reflect the characteristics of Hualien.
At the same time, it also combines high-end ingredients from Australia/Spain/Japan.

After entering, you will first go to the sofa reception area. If you arrive early, you can chat with your friends here. The environment and atmosphere are quite comfortable, and the boss lady is very easy to get along with and friendly.

The dining part is to continue chatting with friends and watch the chef prepare the food and arrange it on the plate.

You can come and experience the meal on your own as there is no menu. The close-up is of sea urchin and scallops, which is really full of sea urchin flavor and aroma.

Overall, it is a very good restaurant. There are all kinds of ingenious and high-quality dishes in Hualien. I will definitely visit again, but the price is a bit high, so you have to work hard.
