On the bustling cultural road
A set meal of seared salmon donburi and cold udon noodles. The side dishes of the set meal are very rich. The salmon is not seared enough. I personally like a slightly burnt aroma. If I add some sugar sauce and sear it, it may suit my taste. The udon noodles are very chewy and delicious, and the flavor of the sauce can be enhanced. Sprinkling kumquats on it adds extra flavor.
It is a Japanese restaurant with good CP value.
