🥖Foodie Fatty🥖 Eating and drinking in Taichung🍰🍹

Thanks to Fooday for providing a platform that allows me to eat while earning🤣🤣

Tonight I'll be trying the "Taipei Braised Beef Noodle Soup." Although the name of the restaurant starts with "Taipei," it’s actually located on Tianjin Road in the North District of Taichung! I recall that the restaurant was initially on Beiping Road but later moved to Tianjin Road, where it has been serving delicious food for over 20 years, making it a favorite choice for local office workers and residents for lunch and dinner—affordable and tasty!

I occasionally come here for dinner on weekdays, as it's convenient and delicious! The owner and his wife are a very friendly couple who greet customers with smiles and are welcoming when taking orders, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere! Luckily, when I arrived today, there weren’t many people, so I could choose my seat freely. After ordering, I took my seat and waited for the food to be served.

I’ve attached reviews alongside the photos of my dining experience! I hope my simple sharing helps everyone gain a better understanding of this restaurant. This is a place I plan to visit again, and I recommend it to you!

🔸️ Yang Chun Dry Noodles (Large) $65 Normally, when I'm really hungry, I go for the large bowl right away. Eating it will fill you up to your soul, that kind of satisfaction! As soon as the noodles are served, I can smell the familiar aroma of the meat sauce, and my mouth waters uncontrollably!

The noodles used here are thin white noodles similar to ramen, which is my favorite type of noodle! After mixing it well, it absorbs all the rich meat sauce, and I take a big bite—mm—salty and flavorful, very satisfying! My mouth is stuffed with noodles, and the aroma of the meat sauce mixes with the noodles, making each chew incredibly fulfilling! Drizzling on a bit of the restaurant's special chili sauce enhances the layers of flavor even more, making it impossible for me to stop eating—🤗 Friends who love spicy food must try their special chili sauce!

🔸️ Mixed Braised Delicacies $60 A classic combination of braised items: tofu, kelp, braised egg, and bean curd skin. At just $60, it's a great deal! Each item is well-flavored. The braising sauce is fragrant but not overly salty! It tastes even better when paired with noodles!

🔸️ Meatball Soup $30 Noodles paired with meatball soup is also a must-order combination for me. Their broth is very sweet, and previously they would use cilantro for flavor enhancement, but recently, due to a spike in cilantro prices, the restaurant has switched to using chopped green onions. However, this does not affect the deliciousness of the broth! The meatballs have a chewy texture and are deliciously springy. You can taste the sweetness and juiciness of the pork, making it a soup I often order!
