I visited a place in Umeda that serves delicious gyoza and xiaolongbao. 🥟

The restaurant is called "Gyoza Xiaolongbao Fukubou Saka Bar, Umeda Douyamaten," and it's within walking distance from Umeda Station of each train line, located in a narrow alley off the Higashi Nakadori Shopping Street. 🚃

The first floor has counter seating, while the second floor is beautifully lit with neon lights, resembling a Taiwanese night market. 🇹🇼

On the table, there were:
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Chili oil 🔥
Pepper 🔥

They offered a "hot pot sour" drink, which is very reasonable at 880 yen for 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink. 🉐 You can choose from two types of drinks out of many options. I went with:
Lemon squash 🍋
Acerola ❤️
Both were delicious, and I could drink a lot of them! ✨ This time I chose non-alcoholic drinks, but they do offer alcoholic options, making it a great value. 🍸

I ordered the recommended dishes from the restaurant. ✨

Fried gyoza – 12 pieces 🥟
These were the restaurant's recommended gyoza. They were larger, beautifully browned, and had a thick, chewy skin, making them very satisfying to eat. 🥟 The filling was juicy and incredibly tasty. Each piece was big and packed with flavor. They were delicious on their own, and even better dipped in a sauce made from soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil. 🥟

Spicy "Saliva Chicken" (Mala Yodare Chicken) 🐔
This was slightly spicy and refreshing. The thick cucumber added a satisfying crunch and paired well. 🐔

Xiaolongbao – 3 pieces 🇹🇼
These were served straight from the steamer, and they had a chewy skin filled with plenty of juicy soup, making them delicious. 🔥

Five-color xiaolongbao 🇹🇼
(Yellow) Shark fin
(Green) Chicken
(Pink) Shrimp
(White) Pork
(Purple) Beef
Each had distinct flavors, and they were all delicious. Personally, I found the yellow shark fin to be especially tasty. 😍

Shrimp mayo 🦐
The homemade mayonnaise was a vibrant red-orange color. The shrimp were perfectly fried and the sauce was rich and delicious. 🦐

Burning crispy rice 🔥
As the name suggests, the crispy rice was fiery and impressive! 🔥 The crunchy rice was coated with a hearty filling, making it very tasty. The smoked quail eggs and shrimp were plump and delicious. 🦐

Sesame dumplings – 2 pieces 🍡
These were crisp on the outside, filled with sesame paste, and packed with sesame seeds, making them incredibly delicious. 🍡

The drinks were quite cheap, making it a good deal, but the food was also reasonably priced, so I ended up very full. ❤️

It's in a hidden location, so I recommend taking your time to enjoy eating and drinking there!‼️ The course menu also looked voluminous and tasty. ✨
