What we enjoyed today was pan-fried spicy chicken drumstick rice. The rice was replaced with winter melon pilaf rice. The price was 130 yuan.

The chicken thigh steak was fried quite well. It was quite thick and thoroughly fried. The spicy seasoning was pretty good. Although it couldn't be called spicy, at least it had that flavor.

The side dishes include steamed eggs, bean sprouts and eggplant.
The seasoning of the steamed egg is pretty good, probably because a little soy sauce was added during cooking, which makes it quite delicious.
The bean sprouts and eggplant were quite ordinary. The eggplant had a thick texture but had no flavor.

As for the winter melon pilaf rice, it can only be said that this is the store’s signature without a doubt.
The freshness of the winter melon is mixed with the salty aroma of the meat, and it combines perfectly with the white rice. Even if you just eat this rice today, you can definitely last three bowls.

Overall, while the leg steak wasn't bad, the winter melon pilaf was really outstanding.
If I were asked as soon as I walked in that the winter melon pilaf rice was sold out today, I would leave without hesitation.
