Miankuangkuang Ramen Restaurant is a chain of ramen restaurants that has suddenly emerged in recent years.
Although it was established much later than Hokkaido Grilled Ramen, because the parent company is the well-known Gobee Group, it can open stores quickly while maintaining good quality.
The other two big brands of Wufeng Group are Chaoweijue and Laoxianjue.
What I enjoyed today was the store’s limited-time limited edition Chayu Chicken White Soup Ramen, with an extra serving of thick noodles, for a total of NT$220.
Tea Language Chicken White Soup Ramen:
The thin noodles have a delicate and mild texture. The store will serve both chaji clear soup and ramen, and will also give you a card suggesting how to eat it.
As for the tea chicken clear soup, it is a nice bowl of sugar-free hot tea with a refreshing chicken soup aroma.
The aroma clearly emerges when added to ramen, and you can feel the richness of tea and chicken at the same time when eating it, which is quite enjoyable.
The taste difference between the thick noodles and the thin noodles is quite obvious, and they are also very delicious. The elasticity of the thick noodles is far better than that of the thin noodles.
The store's self-service bar has dolphin consommé and chicken consommé, and you can freely adjust the saltiness of your meals. This is a very considerate approach and is worth recommending.
Overall, although it is a ramen chain, the taste does not disappoint. There are no corn kernels in this bowl of ramen. I think it can indeed be called Japanese ramen.
Recommended to everyone!
