This time, I tried the popular
shokupan (Japanese bread) from "Ginza Nishikawa"!

Using carefully selected alkaline ion water in the dough
combined with flour, fresh cream, butter, and more,
drawing out the exquisite flavor of the ingredients,
a unique shokupan is born.

Made with the finest Canadian wheat flour,
blended with honey, fresh cream, and butter,
this bread has a perfectly balanced sweetness.

Even with such quality ingredients,
don’t you think this price for a loaf is suspiciously low??

Following the included eating instructions, right away I tried
on the first day and second day, having it plain without anything.

First day → The aroma and delicate texture of freshly baked bread.
Second day → It becomes moist and the sweetness intensifies.
Third day → When toasted, it's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

It’s deliciously sweet even without any toppings.
The paper bag also has a luxurious feel,
so I think it can be used as a gift as well.
