This restaurant easily makes guests develop a special fondness for it, because you actually can't make a reservation, but every day there are long lines right after it opens. Yet, you are very happy and willing to wait, not just because the food is delicious, but also because the staff doesn’t ignore you while you wait outside. So the waiting time seems to turn into a nice moment to chat casually with friends and enjoy another drink! This is something I think the restaurant does very successfully; it allows you to see the dining situation inside while also keeping you entertained outside, making you filled with anticipation and not feeling like you’re waiting too long!

What’s even more impressive is the male server responsible for greeting the guests; he has an astonishing memory. As soon as he comes out for a walk or glances outside, he knows which couple arrived first and can accurately remember how many people you've told him! I was super lucky to get into the restaurant in less than five minutes after I arrived 🍴.

Once seated, we were promptly presented with the wine list, and the menu was displayed on the wall. As per custom, we each ordered a glass of wine and then had to make choices from the menu, which we couldn’t understand very well. In the end, we chose:
❤️ Sirloin steak 🥩
When we saw the description in the photos, we noticed that many people come here to eat steak, so we couldn't resist ordering one. Indeed, the quality of the steak was excellent, cooked to the right temperature and time, with the meat showing a tender deep pink color. Every bite had a sweet meaty flavor. Although there were a few pieces of sinew, it didn’t affect the taste, and we were very happy eating it!

❤️ Rabbit leg 🐰
We were initially unsure whether to order this dish, so when the server came by, we asked him if he recommended it. He told us it was the best dish, so although we were a bit scared, we decided to order one! Luckily, when it arrived, there was nothing scary about it, and the rabbit meat was very tender. The accompanying sauce was quite special, with a texture somewhat like mashed potatoes 🥔; it was a thicker sauce, but the rabbit meat came apart easily in shreds, creating a unique combination of flavors! If I had never tried rabbit meat before, I think giving it a taste would be fine, but it wouldn’t make me yearn to order it again, as I believe many other meats might be tastier!

Overall, my dining experience here was very good. Although I personally dislike queuing, I would be willing to come back for this authentic local cuisine because the overall atmosphere was very joyful. I'm looking forward to recommending it to those traveling here to give it a try!
