A traditional snack bar located on Dongmen Road. The address seems to be in an alley; in fact, it is on Dongmen Road, close to 7-11. Most of the items in the store are quick-fried dishes, with prices ranging from around 6X to 9X, which is very affordable. There is only the proprietress in the store, and she cooks it to order, so you have to wait a little when there are many people. If you don't want to wait, you can call and make a reservation in advance. I have to say that the portions are really large. Fried noodles with shredded pork, fried noodles with pork liver, and even clams in them. It’s like assorted fried noodles, and the portions are super filling. The landlady said that there were factories or gangsters around here, and everyone wanted to eat well, so she gave them a lot of portions. The taste is not too heavy, but it is full of traditional craftsmanship. I recommend the shredded pork fried noodles, pork liver fried noodles, and shrimp fried rice.
