Fried noodles with shredded pork, fried noodles with pork liver, and even clams in them. It’s like assorted fried noodles, and the portions are super filling. The landlady said that there were factories or gangsters around here, and everyone wanted to eat well, so she gave them a lot of portions. The taste is not too heavy, but it is full of traditional craftsmanship. I recommend the shredded pork fried noodles, pork liver fried noodles, and shrimp fried rice.
