On our last day in Vietnam we decided to try our luck online
Found this highly rated restaurant online
It turned out that the reservations online were already full.
But we didn’t want to give up so we called directly☎️
It just so happened that they had space available at the time we could.
When the gang was preparing to go there, it happened to be raining heavily in Vietnam.
But the man on the bus at the door still worked very hard to guide us.
After taking a seat in the restaurant, the waiter worked hard to introduce us in English.
There are many choices for meals. Finally we ordered

❤️Foie Gras
Basically, as long as this dish is on the menu, I never seem to miss it. I will definitely want to order it every time. The foie gras here is also very delicious ~ boiled pears are used to enhance the flavor of the foie gras. Umami! Combined with the 🍞bread below, the whole thing is very coordinated! It’s a highly recommended appetizer!

The scallops are slightly fried on both sides, and the degree is just right. The fresh scallops are not wasted, making the whole thing tough~ Caviar is added to the scallops, and apple strips and raisins are used to add a change in taste! With the combination of the surrounding sauces and the sweet and sour taste of the scallops, you can not only enjoy the umami flavor of the scallops, but also experience a harmonious combination of salty and sweet! It’s also an appetizer that I highly recommend~

❤️Salmon Avocado🥑
As the name suggests, it is a combination of raw salmon and avocado! This sauce tastes a bit like mango jam. It is paired with the freshness of salmon and the original taste of avocado, giving the whole dish a sweet and sour taste, adding to the texture!

❤️Flannel Steak + Thin Noodles
The selected part of the steak 🥩 is very soft and tender, without too much oil to affect the taste! We choose to cook it medium rare~~If you are afraid of blood, you can actually cook it a little bit more! But I personally like how soft and tender it is! They will also ask us if we want to cut the steak for me before serving it ~ I personally prefer to do it myself! But such considerate service is also worthy of praise!

❤️Salmon Filet
The salmon here can be paired with any sauce and surrounding side dishes you want! I chose a different passion fruit jam and... fried mushrooms and cauliflower 🥦 The salmon was fried just right ~ it was completely pink and not too dry ~ the important thing is that the quality of the fish is really great! Highly recommend the salmon here~

❤️Handmade ice cream🍦
It is said that their ice cream has different flavors every day! Actually, we couldn't taste what it tasted like today... but it tasted great! Great for clearing your mouth at the end

❤️Baked pudding
The caramelized surface of the pudding is super fragrant. When you hit it with a spoon, it matches the pudding body. The crispy and tender texture is super delicious! It's not too sweet at all...and the toasted pudding slowly spreads in your mouth! Perfect for wrapping up the evening!

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is great! The food is great - even the wine is great! But there are a lot of meal options and a lot of changes! Basically, there’s nothing that doesn’t taste good!
If you have the chance to come to Hanoi, you might as well give it a try!
