This place just opened not long ago, but I've already visited four times before sharing my thoughts. I recommend starting with the mildly spicy option. For those who like stronger flavors, there are condiments available in the restaurant that you can add.
The beef is very flavorful, a bit dry but not tough, and it's a bit unusual that they added celery. Eating the celery with the sour beans and meat is fantastic! The sweet potato noodles are cooked just right, with a very chewy texture—it's my favorite!
A small downside is that there are quite a few customers during peak dining times, so it's advisable to call ahead to order to avoid waiting too long.
The staff is very polite and friendly, and I will definitely revisit! 👍🏻
