The meal was not bad, the rice mixed with pig lard was delicious! ^o^ I was originally worried it would be too greasy, but it wasn't at all; the ratio was just right, and everyone rushed to eat it eagerly. The crispy bitter melon had a different texture than what I've had before; it was really crunchy, and the skin of the crispy chicken was truly crispy (lucky us, usually it needs to be reserved, but there happened to be half a chicken left). The golden roasted chicken takes time to cook, so it's recommended to make a reservation before dining to avoid relying on luck. The herbal tea is also exclusive here, highly recommended. The dining environment is very clean, and the seasoning of each dish is quite appropriate, neither too salty nor too bland; if you need adjustments, just let the staff know in advance. You should definitely come and give it a try!
