This Japanese restaurant has an antique appearance and interior decoration. It has a lot of tables and private rooms, making it suitable for gatherings of many people.
It looks quite plain from the outside, but the interior is simple and elegant.
The cold cuts and sashimi are really amazing, the ingredients are fresh, and the asparagus hand rolls are light and delicious. The seared halibut nigiri retains the fat of the halibut, and the sauce is slightly more seasoned. I would prefer it if it was lighter.
The fried bean sprouts look oily in color, but they are actually neither oily nor salty.
Chawanmushi has rich ingredients, but the egg itself tastes ordinary. The miso soup and garlic clam soup are both top-notch.
Affected by the earthquake, there were not many people, so the food was served quickly and there was no need to wait too long.
All in all, I think it is a very suitable restaurant to bring friends. It is better than some famous restaurants in Didi mine. If you like Japanese food, you can try it.
