The soup noodle shop in my alley is an old shop that has been standing there for at least 30 years.
From the original small store to the current location, it was only open from about 14:00 to now 24 hours a day.
Today I ordered meat soup rice with braised eggs. The soup is slightly sweet, so I added a little chili to enhance the flavor. It is super delicious; the meat in the meat soup should be the kind of red meat that is not coated in flour. Soup, I think the number of pieces is average, not a quantity that will surprise you.
The clerk may keep asking you if you want "pork noodles" after you ask for it. Then what? Be sure not to be led around.
