I went to a newly opened standing bar in Nishinakajima this January 🤩

The place is called "Sumi Stand ISSHIN Nishinakajima" and is located just a short walk from Nishinakajima-Minami Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line 🚃

Since it had just opened, the restaurant was quite clean and nice✨

Although it's a standing bar, there is also a counter where you can lean or sit, which I personally appreciated 😆

The shrimp with heads was served raw with mayonnaise and lightly grilled 🦐🔥
The shrimp meat was incredibly sweet and bouncy, and it was delicious 🦐
The flavor of the mayonnaise complemented it well, and the head part had a rich shrimp flavor that was very tasty 🦐
If you love shrimp, you definitely need to try this 🦐

The tuna was medium fatty and melted in your mouth; it was so delicious 😍
The other sashimi was also very fresh and incredibly tasty 🐟
The quality was quite high‼️
The sashimi soy sauce was sourced from Kyushu and was sweet and delicious✨

Even in a standing bar, the quality of the food is important, so I recommend it to those who want to enjoy delicious food 😆
