A small cafe in an alley in East District
There are not many hand-brewed items, but basic latte and concentrated American style are still available.
The furnishings in the store are in a retro style, and there is a roasting machine on site. The owner actually uses it, and you can see the beans being roasted.
The shop dog is a French Bulldog. In addition to the shop dog, there are several tanks of shop fish. The density of the fish is very high. It shows that there are people who are serious about raising fish.
The weather was hot, so I ordered iced hand-brewed coffee. Compared to hot hand-brewed iced hand-brewed coffee, hand-brewed coffee with ice is a more difficult item because the amount of ice cubes and before and after melting will affect the flavor.
The ice brew here tastes better than expected. It doesn’t become diluted by adding ice and it’s not too bitter.
The flavor is also present
Highly recommended!
