A must-eat at the night market! Queue for Sweet Potato QQ Balls 🍠🟡

During late-night snacks, I came to Nanjichang Night Market for the first time with my Hong Kong friends 😆 I have to introduce the must-eat "Sweet Potato Balls" at Taiwanese night markets!

We found a place that required queuing for sweet potato balls, located on the main thoroughfare with the most vendors at Nanjichang.

Ordering is done by taking a number, and once a batch of sweet potato balls is freshly fried, the owner calls out the numbers to serve the orders.

🤍 Plum Powder Sweet Potato Balls ($50):
This shop only sells one size of sweet potato balls, and of course, the seasoning chosen is the most fitting plum powder!

The sweet potato balls are relatively large! They have a fluffy and crispy exterior, and when you bite into them, there are some holes and airiness inside, making them very chewy and soft. They are delicious sweet potato balls and received compliments from my Hong Kong friends ☺️ They said they want to come back again next time.
