This time I spent an entire afternoon searching for Mount Fuji around Lake Kawaguchi. In the evening, I made a special trip to visit this Hofu specialty store, wanting to try this traditional Japanese cuisine.
For appetizers, we chose horse meat sashimi, which was very delicious! It is soft and has no fishy smell, and the soy sauce mixed with shredded ginger and chopped green onion makes it even more delicious. Really push!
The main dish, Hofu, can be said to be flat udon noodles, and the texture is similar. In addition, the texture of Shuiyan is closer to hand-made noodles, but the shape is like gnocchi or rice noodles.
Most of Kosaku's dishes are based on miso, with pumpkin and various vegetables added. In terms of staple food, for example, the Sumo Suibu I ordered this time included staple food such as chicken and seafood, but there was nothing particularly amazing about it. Even the shrimp was a bit overcooked.
These dishes feel like Japanese hot pot noodles, and they feel like dishes made by cooking leftover ingredients from the refrigerator; although they look a bit messy, they are approachable and delicious.
