Sure enough, as introduced on Xiaohongshu, there are quite a few Asians in the store, but because they don't support reservation services, if you come in more than an hour after opening, you might need to wait a bit!

I happen to be staying near Mount Fuji for my last day today, thinking of having lunch here before heading back to downtown Tokyo, which is how I found this restaurant! What’s especially famous around Mount Fuji is this type of noodle 🍜, which usually has a pumpkin 🎃 flavor soup base, and they even put big chunks of pumpkin directly into the noodles, so if you like pumpkin, you'll probably be very happy! But you should be careful; if you don’t like pumpkin, it’s better to choose another flavor, otherwise the pumpkin taste is actually very strong!

Overall, the taste is quite good; there’s a subtle aroma of flour, but the noodles are not the chewy type like udon; instead, they are soft. My friend didn’t like it at first, but as he ate more, he was attracted by the rich aroma!

Overall, I’m still willing to recommend this restaurant! After all, it’s a local specialty, and I think it’s worth trying. Moreover, different noodles have their own special flavors, but you need to take your time to savor the aroma in the noodles! If you’re visiting near Mount Fuji, you might want to give it a try!
