What’s especially famous around Mount Fuji is this type of noodle 🍜, which usually has a pumpkin 🎃 flavor soup base, and they even put big chunks of pumpkin directly into the noodles, so if you like pumpkin, you'll probably be very happy! But you should be careful; if you don’t like pumpkin, it’s better to choose another flavor, otherwise the pumpkin taste is actually very strong!
Overall, the taste is quite good; there’s a subtle aroma of flour, but the noodles are not the chewy type like udon; instead, they are soft. My friend didn’t like it at first, but as he ate more, he was attracted by the rich aroma!
