"This ramen shop has a very rich soup base!!" by me, who went from looking for Chinese restaurants to eating ramen (covering my face).

But since I need to reach at least 100 words, I still have to give a conclusion:
The prices are somewhat on the higher side for me personally, so I won't eat here often, but if I have some spare time and money, I would want to come back and try it again.
First, let me show you what the ramen looks like when it's served. It's quite a large bowl. By the way, the onions are delicious; the spicy flavor spreads in your mouth and goes very well with the soup.
The char siu is really large, and the fat-to-lean ratio is quite good, making it not too greasy and easy to bite into.
The soup base is slightly salty and rather rich. It may not be very obvious in the photo, but the soup base is actually quite thick.
The pond heart egg is the kind that really retains soup! The center is very smooth and easy to eat, and it pairs perfectly with the soup.
The boss is working hard on the plating at this moment.
The boss lady is working hard grilling the meat, and the serious expressions on both of their faces make people unable to help but take a few more glances.
The desktop is kept very clean and tidy, with water and cups available for self-service, as well as tissues.
