The store learned from the Taipei MRT ramen map is located on the second floor food court of Taipei Main Station. Although it is named "奥特拉面" (Aotela Ramen), you need to look for the sign that says "RAMEN ULTRA."
The restaurant is relatively spacious, but it tends to be a bit warm inside, and there is no special air conditioning. After being shown to a table by the staff, you must use a QR code to place your order and then go to the counter to pay before the food is served. Although the staff reminds you, it is not very intuitive.
I ordered grapefruit flavored soy sauce cold noodles. It's fantastic to have cold noodles in the scorching summer, although mainly because the store isn't cool enough. The noodles have a chewiness I've never experienced before, almost like konjac noodles. The broth is primarily flavored with soy sauce and should probably not be drunk.
I also ordered the mini Nanban fried chicken donburi. The fried chicken is well done and not overly greasy, and the Nanban sauce has a sweet and sour flavor that is quite suitable for dipping.
Ice water is available for self-service.
