Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai Irvine
This area has many restaurants that are crowded every day. Originally, we wanted to eat at a Korean restaurant nearby, but to our surprise, we had to wait almost an hour. Instead, the ramen shop had a wait time of about 20 to 30 minutes! So we decided to give it a try!
As soon as we got seated, the staff quickly took care of us. The service was fast, and it didn't lose quality despite the crowds!

❤️ Spicy Miso Ramen.
I initially thought that the spiciness in the U.S. wouldn’t be too intense, and when the dish arrived, I was particularly happy to see a lot of vegetables which looked very healthy. However, after the second bite, I started to feel the kick of the spicy miso, and the aftertaste was spicy enough to make me sweat. This kind of spiciness lingers in your mouth, so it gets hotter the more you eat!
I could see that the Americans at the next table who also ordered the spicy miso were eating at an incredibly slow pace, taking one bite of noodles and then sipping water! You can really imagine that it is spicy!
Overall, I think it was quite good, and the selection was rich! The noodles were also slightly different from regular ramen. If you like ramen and happen to be nearby, you might want to consider stopping by for a meal!
