Sweet shrimp is always fresher and sweeter
The other two dishes tasted ordinary.
✅️Caramelized Salmon
I originally thought it was grilled cheese salmon🤣
Not a lot of caramel on top
So it won’t taste all sweet.
I just don’t quite understand this combination😶
✅️Scallop chawanmushi
Two or three slices of shiitake mushrooms, fish plate🍥, and one scallop

✅️Berry raw cheese🍰
It should be a new product ~ I can only see the sign on the turntable
There are obviously tiny bits of ice on the surface.
It may have been exposed to air for a period of time and then frozen.
Then take it out and remove the ice.
The middle cheese tastes lighter
Not very tasty overall
This time I sat at the end of the turntable
It feels like a lot of it was taken away in front of me.
Or maybe there aren’t many varieties on the counter.
