When I first ate it, I thought it was very thin and crispy, with the crispy outside and soft inside. The pancake skin was quite special. Halfway through the meal, I didn’t feel like I had eaten the meat. I was still wondering if it was because of the spices. I found out that it might be because the fillings were wrapped inside and fused.
If you eat pork, you will notice the onion filling.
