I had heard before that ACME has several branches, but I never had the chance to try it out. This time, since I was visiting the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, I chose the nearby store for lunch.

For dine-in, you need to find your own seat and then go to the counter to place your order. Fortunately, as soon as I walked in, I saw the last available table. After that, there was a waiting line next to the counter. They provide a paper menu, and besides breakfast plates, there are yogurt bowls, sandwiches, and pasta. The counter also has cakes, croissants, and cookies to choose from. I personally think there are quite a lot of options, both savory and sweet, which are all pretty good. Once you decide, you go to the counter to pay. You can pay using a card or cash, and after completing the payment, you receive a sensor. When it vibrates, you need to pick up your meal yourself, and after eating, you have to place your tray in the designated collection area.

I ordered the black truffle soft egg sandwich. When I received it, I thought it looked a lot like black sesame toast. The egg was very soft, and combined with the rich flavor of black truffle, it was a simple dish that was really delicious if you like those flavors. The black tea latte was also okay but a bit on the sweet side. My friend ordered the truffle wild mushroom cream pasta, which was quite rich, but I didn’t like the slightly bitter leaves on top. The banana and wild berry yogurt felt very healthy.

Overall, the space used a lot of transparent floor-to-ceiling glass, and with the weather being super nice, the entire area felt bright and comfortable. You can even see airplanes. I think if you're going to the North Museum, dining here nearby is a good option.
