This time at the Cui Tea Feng Healthy Bento in Tainan's Dongqiao, I ordered a dish with a very interesting name, "Calculating the Beef". It is actually a health bento mainly featuring boiled beef slices, and I chose Mexican red pepper as a seasoning.

The beef itself comes from a lean cut with a bit of fat, and you can tell it's boiled without too much seasoning, which preserves the original flavor of the beef. The healthy focus is very clear. On the other hand, the Mexican red pepper plays a crucial role in the entire bento, bringing a sense of saltiness and aroma that prevents the overall flavor from being too monotonous.

In terms of portion size, it's quite good, making it just right for those who need to control calories but still want to feel full. The space in the shop is not large, but it is overall clean and simple, and the owner is very friendly, giving a comfortable vibe.

In terms of price, it falls into the mid-range for healthy bentos, not cheap but reasonable. As for taste, the overall performance is average, characterized by a boiled meal that is safe to eat but not particularly impressive. If I lived nearby, I would still be willing to come by occasionally since, during a fat loss period, this kind of choice is already quite good.
