This time, I visited 'JUNO', which is a 5-minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station! They offer an all-you-can-eat delicious bagel made with a simple focus on the taste of the ingredients!

The bagels at 'JUNO' are simple yet emphasize the importance of high-quality ingredient selection. They generally do not use main ingredients such as synthetic preservatives, synthetic coloring agents, frozen stabilizers, chemical seasonings, artificial sweeteners, or animal proteins like milk and eggs. They are made only with Hokkaido wheat flour (non-GMO), cane sugar, sun-dried salt made through a flat-pot method, and fresh yeast. They try to avoid using additives as much as possible.
Moreover, not just the ingredients, but the craftsmanship is involved, as they knead the dough properly, boil it, and then bake it, resulting in a fluffy and easy-to-eat texture.

The regular bagels at 'JUNO' include about eight types, starting from plain, and they also have seasonal bagels that make use of fresh ingredients according to the season, such as tomato curry, beets, spinach, blueberry, and double chocolate.

[JUNO Set]
You can have unlimited refills of bagels and dip sauce. First, you choose your preferred main dish, side menu, and drink, allowing for various combinations of different flavored bagels and dip sauces, which was nice!
Also, the bagels were chewy and very satisfying; all of them were delicious♡

This time, Harapeko-chan is fully satisfied!
Thank you for the meal.

Kadorar Bakery 🥯 嘉多娜 天然酵母麵包店
BakeryKowloon
Hovering beyond restaurants deserving of Foodies’ recognition, let’s taste some of Kadorar (嘉多娜)’s nationally renowned signature breads that are worth the dough. A bite into these warm, chewy, crusty, substantial and fragrant edamame blueberries cheese tea breads instantly opens the floodgates to our childhood memories of sweet dreams. We definitely could make a meal out of these satisfactorily moist petite delicacies. It’s one of our best “Shut-up-and-take-my-money!” dining eXperience if you support bakery people who make astonishingly amazing breads, show love for democratic freedom towards liberal living as well as peaceful lifestyles. #香港人加油

Willa Jean
BakeryNew Orleans
Can't disagree with their self description: Adding a modern touch to traditional southern cuisine, Willa Jean elevates classic dishes with creative flair and innovative twists while staying true to the roots of the region's culinary heritage. Willa Jean is a cherished bakery in new orleans's heart, known for its comforting southern fare. The place is modern and bright with its glass walls covering half of the room. The biscuits are fantastic and a must have when being in NOLA. We had the fried chicken and tabasco honey biscuit and the bacon and egg and pimento cheese biscuit. Too bad we couldn't try more from the menu. The service was very good, friendly and attentive.

Aunty Ann @ NU Empire
BakerySubang Jaya
A typical Aunty Anne chain that is famous for its pretzels. Plenty of different kinds to choose from. They also sell other pastry sticks, sausage and cheese nuggets if pretzels arent your thing. There is also lemonade for drinks and dips awailable for extra charge. There are seasonal promotional items to try. Food is packed with easy to eat packaging; making it a good snack to eat while walking around. Pretzel tasted nice with soft texture and well seasoned. Lemonade (not in pic) is also quite decent, with a nice sour refreshing taste. Service was quick as expected and staff were friendly.
