I have personally eaten at this restaurant nearly 10 times.
He won’t be the top ramen, but within a radius of 30 kilometers, I dare say he is definitely among the top five ramen!
The price is really a bit more expensive in rural areas, but I think the delicious food is a bit more expensive and I can accept it 😂
There are 12 seats, and it is always full during meal times. It is recommended that friends who want to eat go to the machine to order in advance!

🔸Tanli chicken clear soup ramen (200 yuan/hard noodle + Japanese salty)-
Vegetables, fruits and chicken are simmered together. The soup is very sweet and has a strong aroma of chicken soup! It tastes great!
Side dish: half a soft-boiled egg + green onions + Chinese cabbage (rare)
Personally, I think the barbecued pork is ok, not overcooked, but not overly tender either🥸
Shu Fei Chicken, one of their chickens was so tender that it was so tender that it really made my eyes light up! But the subsequent meal was also delicious, but not as amazing as that time 😂
As for the noodles, I think the noodles are hard and I like them very much! The taste is very good, with a hint of Q, which makes people suck it into their stomachs one by one!

🌟If you usually like to eat ramen, it is recommended to order Japanese salty or Japanese saltier, because the saltiness of this restaurant has been adjusted, so you can lower its saltiness by half a step~

🔸Barbecued pork rice (60 yuan/additional order)-
This bowl is a limited edition product and is basically sold out within an hour or so of opening every day, so if you want to eat it, just queue up and order before the door opens!
Their mayonnaise is quite good! Moderately sweet and sour, the taste is not too overwhelming! The roasted barbecued pork is so fragrant. Paired with the rice with distinct grains, it is really happy🫶

🌟If you have the chance to eat it, it’s really worth trying! Don’t order noodles and barbecued pork rice, you should be full to the brim if you choose one of the two 😂

This ramen restaurant is really delicious and is completely adapted to the preferences of Taiwanese people! But it’s not that kind of Taiwanese ramen! Overall it's really excellent!
