There is another Korean barbecue restaurant in Pingtung. When I pass by and stop at the red light, I can always smell the delicious aroma of grilled meat. This time, I finally have the time to taste it. Initially, they offered single set meal options, but recently they changed to an all-you-can-eat vegetable option, which is really fantastic and fits the Pingtung people perfectly (after all, we love all-you-can-eat so much 🤣).
As long as you order a single set meal, you can enjoy a buffet with various ingredients, including drinks, coffee, braised pork rice, and ice cream.
I recommend the Korean army stew, which is loaded with cheese and instant noodles. It's super indulgent but incredibly satisfying. Fish cakes and rice cakes are a must. If you find the flavor too light, there’s kimchi available at the buffet.
The ginseng chicken soup base is also amazing. They serve a large chicken filled with glutinous rice, and the meat is incredibly tender. The bones surprisingly dissolve with just a gentle bite, making it a really impressive dish.
