This time I bought a piece of "Ice Heart" Viennese bread at "Yizhi Xuan" in Terminal 1 B1 of Taoyuan Airport, mainly because I was flying with United Airlines, which does not include meals, and I wanted to fill my stomach first. This bakery is located in the airport's non-restricted area, and it operates from 5 AM to 8:30 PM, making it very convenient for travelers on early or late flights.

The "Ice Heart" Viennese is one of their signature items, made with soft French bread and filled with a special cream, which tastes rich and smooth. You can also experience the delicate texture of sand sugar, and it tastes even better when chilled. Although I have had other more aromatic "Ice Heart" Viennese at different shops before, this one has a good balance of sweetness, and overall, it is quite decent.

In addition to the "Ice Heart" Viennese, "Yizhi Xuan" also offers a variety of breads and pastries to choose from, making it a good option for satisfying cravings during the journey. The prices are also quite reasonable, and overall, it's not bad at all. 👍
