This time, because I had to rush back to my hometown after work, I chose a convenient dinner to eat in the car, which is also the top choice for relaxing on the weekend - Dragon Salt Crispy Chicken!
Environment
It is a storefront-style salt crispy chicken shop, with very bright lighting. Perhaps because it is newly opened, the overall look is not dark and dirty. The hygiene management is also good, and the comfort level is perfect 💯.

I have to say I highly recommend the fish balls and rice blood cake here. Some shops have rice blood cakes that lack flavor, but this one has a strong and crispy taste; fried fish balls are rarely found in other stores, but those that do sell them are really delicious 🤣.
The sweet potato balls are also highly recommended! They come out fluffy and super cute, plus they are crispy and won’t get soggy 🤩.
Then, the salty pork isn’t recommended; it has little flavor and the meat is a bit tough, not what I imagined salty pork to be like 🥹. The fried century eggs are just okay; I personally prefer them raw.
The other items are just normal; the flavor is similar to other shops, so they’re fine to order. The food here is served in boxes, which helps avoid the sogginess that bags can cause; the side onions and garlic are quite generous. The onions have been soaked, so they’re not too pungent, but the garlic should be as pungent as possible 🤣.
Overall, I highly recommend this place! It's really wonderful to be able to eat high-quality salt crispy chicken in a night market 🤤. If you happen to pass by, I highly recommend trying it out!
