Located next to the Tsukiji Outer Market on a main road, the street-side shop has a simple environment. There are about three seats at the counter, and the rest are standing to eat. The business is very good, with both Japanese and foreign customers, and there's usually a line, but the food is served quickly. The menu options are simple and clear, and you eat and go.
After ordering a big pot of offal stew, rice is served directly. It's tender and flavorful. The beef bowl and braised tofu are also good options. It's a simple, quick, and delicious meal, and they even offer beer, which would be a perfect match – unfortunately, it was too early for me to drink.
