This noodle shop is really an "unnamed" delicacy. I can't find this store on Google Maps. I asked the proprietress for all the information. Even the name of the store was chosen by her on the spot 😂

Located near Chishan Old Street in Kaohsiung City, the store is small and has no signboard. There is only a small standing sign at the entrance that functions as a menu. Most of the customers are taking away, but if you want to dine in, you can also do it. There are indoor Two tables available for dining

They sell breakfast and lunch here. The business hours are 5:30-13:00 every day. If there is something at home, they will take a break. It is considered an irregular public holiday.

The items sold here are very simple, with only two items: large intestine and oyster noodles, and fried salty cakes, all of which are divided into large and small portions.

Large Intestine and Oyster Noodles (Large) $60
The large bowl contains about 6 oysters, 2 pieces of meat, and 12 pieces of large intestine. However, I think the taste of the large intestine is a bit strong, while the performance of the oysters and meat pieces is quite satisfactory.
The noodles are very delicious, paired with a huge amount of coriander, and those who dare to eat spicy food must ask the boss lady to get the spicy preserved vegetables, the taste is very good!

p.s. The lady boss and the owner are very kind and lovely. I told them that I wanted to take photos of the meal, and they didn’t mind it at all. They let me take my time to finish the photo before closing the lid. They even opened the lid of the frying pan to let me take photos of the salty cakes.

Overall, the price for the big bowl is really good, the taste is good, and the store has a friendly attitude. If you want to eat noodles when you go back to your hometown, you will come here first~
