Located in the arcade opposite the Jing'an MRT exit, this location seems to be a breakfast shop during the day, and turns into a nutritious sandwich vendor in the evening.
Because it is made to order, you can see the making process next to the stall. The bread is freshly fried. It seems that the oil is very clean and the ingredients are all covered. When I go home and enjoy it, I feel that everything is fresh and doesn't taste too oily. The bread is a little sweet, but soft and not scratchy. The signature sandwich has classic ingredients such as braised eggs and ham. Overall it is quite delicious, although in this era when everything is rising, the price is not particularly cheap.
In conclusion, if you occasionally want to eat a nutritious sandwich in this area, this is a good choice.
